Suite Tariff:
The tariff is £82.00 per night, which includes a continental style breakfast.
Enjoy 10% discount when you book 5 or more nights in a row. This offer excludes Cheltenham race week.

Booking calendar:
To book using the booking calendar, please follow the steps below:
- click on the date of each night that you would like to reserve (your selected dates will be shown highlighted grey)
- complete the reservation form and click on ‘send’
- after you have sent the reservation form, the date/s that you chose will be shown highlighted orange
- when you have received your booking confirmation, the dates that you chose will be shown highlighted red
Please contact us if you would like any information prior to completing the reservation form, or if you prefer to make a reservation by phone or email.
Confirmation and payment:
When we receive your reservation form, we will contact you, usually by email, with details of booking confirmation and payment. We accept payment by bank transfer. This is normally a free online banking or App service, or by phone with your bank.
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in time is normally between 5.00pm and 9.00pm Monday to Friday, and from 2.00pm Saturday & Sunday. However, if you would like to check-in earlier, please contact us and we will try to accommodate an earlier check-in depending on availability.
Check-out time is 11am.
Amendments and cancellations:
If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any changes of dates, for example, adding or reducing dates or postponement of a whole booking, availability allowing.
At least 2 weeks notice of cancellation of a booking is required in order to receive a full refund.
At least 48 hours notice of cancellation is required to in order to receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund
